5th and 6th Grade The fifth and sixth grades focus largely on getting students ready for middle school by strengthening language arts and math skills, along with building knowledge in core subject areas. The emphasis is primarily on helping students become proficient at these capabilities, building study skills and practicing the necessary organization skills which will bring about success in future grades. As developing leaders in our school, special emphasis is placed on discipleship and serving Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.
