Preschool The goal of the Christ Community Lutheran School preschool program is to provide each child with many age appropriate learning experiences in a loving Christian environment. At CCLS we emphasize the “Whole child” which stresses: spiritual, cognitive, language, social, emotional, creative, large motor and fine motor skills and development. Themes are used to introduce and develop concepts through large group experiences, small group experiences, play, exploration, and the use of centers. We have weekly themes in our preschool program.
Michele Boehlke graduated from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN with a B.A. in Elementary Education/Early Childhood. She has been teaching for 19 years and has been at CCLS for 5 years. |
