Come to our Spring Event meetings
Assist teachers and help them with preparing their class donation project.
Hang fliers, posters, yard signs, church mailbox
Setting up tables and chairs.
Asking businesses for donations.
Assembling gift baskets.
Bidding sheet tallying
Runners; retrieving items
Sorters; organizing items

Please share the donation & sponsorship forms that are in the hallway with your friends, family, employer, and local business establishments.
You can help fill out online requests and/or email .
Local business establishments can advertise in our sponsorship placemats.
These are individually placed on the tables for dinner. Attached to the business donation letters is an area to sponsor our event by advertising with a business logo.
The sponsorship/advertising book raised $1,375 last year!!!
