If you are looking for an awesome preschool program, look no further. The CCLS preschool program is a wonderful caring, Christian and state licensed program. Michele Boehlke, the preschool director, has been teaching for over 20 years and loves on "her kids" like no one else. She will help share the love of our Saviour with your child while nuturing them socially, physically and intellectually.
CCLS offers 3 preschool class offerings:
The 3 year old morning program:
Meets Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 8:15 - 11:00am.
This program is specifically designed for fun-loving, energetic three-year olds. The two day a week schedule offers your child an introduction to a school setting with opportunities to socialize and learn through play. Weekly Bible lessons and thematic units explore a wide variety of topics.
The 4 & 5 year old morning program:
Meets 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:15am - 11:00am.
Our 3 day a week preschool program provides structured activities in a loving, Christian environment. This class helps your child develop a solid academic foundation. Kindergarten readiness components are incorporated within weekly lesson plans.
The afternoon Pre-K program:
Meets every day in the afternoon from 12:15 - 2:45pm.
Unique to Watertown, the 5 day a week Pre-Kindergarten class is designed for 4-5+ year olds. This program is a must for your "late summer birthday" or "needing extra time," or "I want to be at school" child. Weekly Bible lessons and schoolwide chapel are a highlights of the week. Activities are scheduled throughout each session; including a group circle and story time, fine motor activities involving art projects and other center activities, large motor skills including gym and playground, language and pre-math activities along with weekly visits to the school library help prepare your child. This program emphasizes the all-around development of your child with a focus on Kindergarten readiness.
