CCLS is a Christian school, affiliated with the St. Paul's and St. Peter's churches in Watertown. We delight in being able to teach our kids about God and Jesus. Religious education is taught at every grade level. Of course, God's love demonstrated over and over each and every day through our wonderful staff and students.

Preschool - 6th grade begin each day with a prayer and studying God's Word. The overall focus of religious instruction is meant to instill in children an understanding of their relationship with Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

The teachers in K-6th grade use "Voyages" from Concordia Publishing House. The program teaches students important concepts about faith, confession, repentance, forgiveness, and grace.  They cover biblical accounts beginning with Creation and continuing through the early Christian Church.

In seventh and eighth grade, students grow in their faith as they study the Bible and Luther's Small Catechism. The emphasis is on Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and what that means for their lives.
